Step 1: Receive Your Roofing Quote

After your free roof inspection, our team will provide a clear, detailed roofing estimate. Once you’ve reviewed your quote, you can decide if financing is the right option for you.

Step 2: Apply Online Through Our Website

When you’re ready, simply click the financing link on our website to apply through First Commerce Credit Union’s secure online application. The process is quick and easy.

Step 3: Approval & Scheduling

Once you’re approved, we’ll work with you to schedule your roofing project at a time that works best for you.

Step 4: Project Completion & Documentation

After your work is complete, you’ll sign a Notice of Completion, which our team will help fill out and sign. You’ll also provide a photo of your driver’s license and indicate the exact amount you would like to finance.

Step 5: Final Paperwork & Funding

Our office will send the completed paperwork to First Commerce Credit Union. FCCU will then send you the final loan documents via email for your review and signature. Once completed, funding is typically processed within 1–2 business days and is sent directly to us.
